The entity status page will give you a lot of in-depth information about any of the entities ever imported or exported on the site (check below for details):

Filters

Use filters to quickly find what you're looking for.

Entity Type

  • Filter by the Entity Type of an entity.

Flow

  • Filter by the Flow used for importing or exporting an entity.

Pool

  • Filter by the Pool an entity has been exported to or imported from.

Status

The following options are available:

  • Last export failed: The last attempt to export an entity has unexpectedly failed. The "Status" column will display additional information about the exact reason per entity.
  • Last import failed: The last attempt to import an entity has unexpectedly failed. The "Status" column will display additional information about the exact reason per entity.
  • No export: The given Flow is not configured to export this specific entity. This is usually a "Ignore Unpublished Entities" or "Restrict to Menus" config option being used. You can usually ignore this, as it works as configured.
  • No import: The given Flow is not configured to import this specific entity. This is usually a "Ignore Unpublished Entities" or "Restrict to Menus" config option being used. You can usually ignore this, as it works as configured.
  • Reset: requires export: You have used the "Reset Status Entity" option of the individual entity or all entities of a Pool. This action resets the "last export" timestamp and allows you to completely export an entity again, e.g. after a disaster recovery of a Sync Core database or after changing the Sync Core URL to another one with a new database.
  • Reset: requires import: You have used the "Reset Status Entity" option of the individual entity or all entities of a Pool. This action resets the "last import" timestamp and allows you to completely import an entity again, e.g. after a disaster recovery of a Sync Core database or after changing the Sync Core URL to another one with a new database.
  • Created at this site: The entity has been created on this site. If this is not set, the entity has been imported from another site instead. Also check out the "Source URL" column.
  • Imported and Overwritten: The entity has been imported from a remote site and an editor used the "Overwrite" option when editing the entity locally, preventing future updates from changing the local entity.
  • Deleted: This entity no longer exists as it has been deleted on this site.

Actions

Force Export

Force the entity to be exported again. Be careful as this will re-export imported content as well as not-yet exported content using the "manual" export => If the Flow allows exporting this entity at all, it will be exported.

Force Import

Reset Status

If you changed the Sync Core URL or the Sync Core database crashed or was reset, you can use this to force another export / import the next time it's attempted.
